It is a house of comfort with all facilities. The total area of the house is around 3000 Sq ft and has fully marble floor with putty finish in all the wall area of the house. All window shutters and doors are made of teak wood and frames are made of cheru thekku. It has four bedrooms one in the ground floor and three in the first floor with a drawing hall, living room, dining room, office room, Kitchen work area. All bedrooms in the first floors have balcony with the living room has a common balcony. The house has approach to terrace through a open stair case from dining room. The drawing and dining halls have arch done aesthestically. The main door and balcony doors are done carved with condemporary art.
